|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||4 Tablespoon|
|Spinach||1⁄3 Bunch (33.33 gm) (Japanese)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Tablespoon|
Clean mushrooms by brushing with crumpled paper towel or napkin.
Remove stems, dice and saute in butter.
Add seasoning, breadcrumbs and spinach which has been chopped fine.
Add cheddar cheese and cook until cheese is about to melt.
Take off the stove, fill mushroom caps with filling and broil in oven for 6-8 minutes on second rack from top until filling bubbles.
