Stuffed Mushrooms Florentine

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Herb seasoned bread stuffing cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh mushrooms 20
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. Wash and drain spinach.
3. Pat dry between kitchen towels.
4.Mix together all the ingredients but the mushrooms.
5.Clean the mushrooms, stem them.
6.Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps.
7.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.

SERVING
8. Serve with melted butter, sour cream and cheese.
