Angel Hair Pasta With Wild Mushrooms And Shrimp

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Angel hair pasta/Capellini / spaghetti 8 Ounce
  Peeled and deveined shrimp 6 Ounce
  Sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned plum tomatoes with juice 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper flakes 1 Pinch
  Dried parsley 1 Pinch
  Dried thyme 1 Pinch
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook the pasta al dente, drain and set aside.
2) In a skillet, heat oil and saute mushrooms, shrimp and garlic over medium heat. When the shrimp has turned pink, it is time to pour in the wine.
3) Add in tomatoes, basil, pepper flakes, basil, parsley, thyme and cheese. Mix well.

SERVING
4) In the serving bowl, toss the cooked pasta in the shrimp and mushroom sauce. Serve hot.
