Homemade Sauteed Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash and scrub mushrooms clean then stem and slice thinly.

MAKING
2. In a medium (1 ½ quart ) microwaveable casserole or dish, combine mushrooms, garlic and butter.
3. Cook for about 7 minutes, until soft, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4. Serve buttered mushrooms as a side or over toast if you like.
