Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
  Large mushrooms 1 Pound
  Ground raw beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Grated onion 1⁄2
  Bouillon/Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Wash the mushrooms well
2. Cut off the stems of the mushrooms
3. Chop the stems and then sauté them in a little butter
4. Add the grated onion and the seasonings
5. In a large saucepan, boil the broth.
6. Cook the mushroom caps in broth for ten minutes covered
7. In a small bowl, mix the cooked stem mixture with the ground raw beef
8. Fill the caps with the mixture
9. Broil in a hot oven for five minutes

SERVING
10. Serve hot
