Stir Fried Mushrooms
|Diet margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Pound, sliced|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a cup, mix together soy sauce, water and corn starch.
2. In a non stick skillet, melt margarine.
3. Throw in the mushrooms and cook with constant stirring for about 3 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce mixture to the mushrooms and stir.
5. Cook with constant stirring for 2 minutes until the liquid is absorbed by the mushrooms.
6. Serve as side dish.
