Fresh Mushroom Medley

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad bowl, add sliced mushrooms, celery, green pepper and onions; mix together all the rest of the ingredients in another bowl
2. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss aroound gently to coat them well

SERVING
3. Serve as per your tastes
