Pickled Fresh Mushrooms

|Fresh mushrooms||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Tiny Size)|
|Onion||1 , sliced in rings|
|Tarragon vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Corn oil/Safflower oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, blend well.
2) Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours, drain well.
3) Serve with the meats as a side dish with any meal.
