Marinated Raw Mushrooms
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Dried tarragon/Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Wine vinegar/Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Trim the mushroom stem ends and reserve to use later.
2) Rinse well, dry the mushrooms and slice them.
3) Combine rest of the ingredients together, stir and coat the sliced mushrooms. Then allow to stand for several hours.
4) Serve in a nice plate with the wooden picks alongwith a coaktail..
