Frozen artichoke hearts
2 Pound (small sized)
Italian salad dressing
1) Cook the artichoke hearts as per package directions till just tender.
3) Through the stems, slice the mushrooms in half.
4) In a bowl, add mushrooms and artichokes and cover with salad dressing.
5) Cover and chill for 4 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
