Healthy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Italian bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash and clean mushrooms. De-stem the mushrooms.
2) Finely chop the stems.

MAKING
3) In a microwavable bowl, add onion and butter to the mushrooms.
4) Place inside microwave at HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
5) Cook sausage and combine with the mushroom mixture.
6) Spoon the mixture into mushroom caps.
7) Arrange the mushroom caps on paper plate on a layer of paper towels to soak oil.
8) Place inside microwave and cook for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes.

SERVING
9) Serve the stuffed mushrooms with dip or sauce.
