|Beef bouillon cubes||2|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute mushrooms in butter gently for two minutes.
Dissolve beef cubes in hot water.
Melt butter and blend with flour in another saucepan.
Add cream, salt, pepper, beef broth, and mushrooms to butter and flour mixture.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Top with cheese and bread crumbs, mixed together.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
