Peas With Mushrooms And Tomatoes
|Frozen green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||2 , thinly sliced|
|Cherry tomatoes||2 , cut into halves|
Place water, salt and pepper in 12-oz casserole [24-oz casserole].
Stir in peas; dot with margarine.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (550 watts) until tender, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 min [3 1/2 to 4 1/2 min].
Stir in mushrooms and tomatoes.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave until tomatoes are hot, 30 to 60 sec [45 sec to 1 1/2 min].
