Stuffed Mushroom Crowns

Ingredients
  Canned mushroom crowns 12 Ounce (2 Cans Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Diced toasted almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Leftover duck/Chicken 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Keep aside the broth of drained mushrooms. Using sharp knife, trim off the stems.
2. Keep cream cheese at room temperature and melt it.
4. Mix mushroom stems along with other ingredients to cream cheese and blend well.
5. Stuff mushroom crown hollows with these mixture and top with a little paprika.

MAKING
6. Serve immediately.
