Stuffed Mushroom Crowns
|Canned mushroom crowns||12 Ounce (2 Cans Of 6 Ounce Each)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Diced toasted almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Leftover duck/Chicken||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Onion juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
1. Keep aside the broth of drained mushrooms. Using sharp knife, trim off the stems.
2. Keep cream cheese at room temperature and melt it.
4. Mix mushroom stems along with other ingredients to cream cheese and blend well.
5. Stuff mushroom crown hollows with these mixture and top with a little paprika.
6. Serve immediately.
