|Fresh mushrooms||3 Pint (6 Cups)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Cooked bacon slices||10 , crumbled|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325°.
Remove stems from mushrooms and wash in salted water.
Drain on paper towels.
Mix mayonnaise, seasoned salt, onion, cheese, and bacon.
Place mushrooms, cup side up, in baking dish.
Fill each mushroom with mixture.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
