Skillet Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, wiped clean and sliced 1/4 inch thick, include stems
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a large, heavy skillet over a high flame.
2. Add mushrooms and salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until golden.
3. Add water and pepper, turn heat to low, and simmer for 1 minute.

SERVING
4. Serve topped, if you like, with dollops of butter.
