Chardonnay And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Whole button mushrooms 900 Gram, cleaned (2 Pounds)
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chardonnay 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), mashed
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh italian parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and marinate mushrooms at least 30 minutes.
Saute in hot skillet for 3 to 4 minutes until brown.
