Sage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Bulk sage sausage 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Finely chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened, cubed (1 Package)
  Mushrooms 40 Medium
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown sausage in a medium skillet until it crumbles; drain.
Add onion, parsley, pepper, and garlic.
Add cream cheese cubes to the sausage mixture.
Remove mushroom stems and discard.
Place mushrooms in baking dish.
Brush with melted butter.
Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
