BOILED RICE WITH WHITE TRUFFLES

Ingredients
  Boiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White truffles 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Skim milk powder 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare plain boiled rice with each grain separate.
Dress generously with grated Parmesan cheese and cold butter, then shred the truffles as fine as possible and spread on top of rice.
This is the simplest and best way to serve truffles.
