Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tamari/Nama shoyu, or braggs liquid aminos 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cumin powder 2 Teaspoon
  Corriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Ume plum vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take 1 gallon zip lock bag. Into this bag add tamari, olive oil, cumin, coriander powder and Ume Plum vinegar.
2. Add carrots and the mushroom slices. Seal the zip lock bag and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Once done, refrigerate the bag for marinating overnight.

SERVING
4. Serve these marinated mushroom and carrot slices over wraps or any vegetable salad.
