Borlotti Bean And Mushroom

Ingredients
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Shallots 2 , chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Fresh mixed mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced (225 Gram)
  Chopped fresh oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Borlotti beans 14 Ounce, rinsed and drained (400 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Snipped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Stir in shallots and saute until tender.
2) Now, put mushrooms and garlic in the pan and saute for about 2 minutes. Stir oregano and borlotti beans and heat gently.
3) Add seasonings as required.

SERVING
4) Toss freshly cooked pasta with the sauce and sprinkle chives on top. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
