Borlotti Bean and Mushroom
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Shallots||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Fresh mixed mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced (225 Gram)|
|Chopped fresh oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Borlotti beans||14 Ounce, rinsed and drained (400 Gram)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Snipped fresh chives||2 Tablespoon (To Garnish)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Stir in shallots and saute until tender.
2) Now, put mushrooms and garlic in the pan and saute for about 2 minutes. Stir oregano and borlotti beans and heat gently.
3) Add seasonings as required.
4) Toss freshly cooked pasta with the sauce and sprinkle chives on top. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
