Grilled Mushrooms With Escargots

Ingredients
  Fresh mushroom caps 12 Large
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Escargots 12 Large
Directions

Wash mushroom caps and drain well.
Pour oil in baking pan and heat in 450 degree oven.
Add mushrooms and stir well.
Sprinkle with salt.
Return pan to oven and cook 5 minutes.
Drain escargots.
Put one escar-got inside each cap and top with sauce.
Put in oven for 5 minutes more or until butter begins to boil.
Serves 6.
