Mushroom Pepper Fry
|White button mushrooms||100 Gram, slice into large pieces|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black peppercorns||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Green chilies||4 , slit lengthwise|
|Curry leaves sprigs||3|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped|
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add garlic and saute.
When they turn golden add onions and fry till they are translucent.
Add curry leaves and green chillies and saute for a while.
Add mushrooms and salt and continue to saute till they are cooked.
Add crushed pepper and vinegar and saute for another 2 minutes.
