Perfect Sauteed Mushrooms
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound (For Maximum Freshness, Select Only Those Whose Caps Are Tightly Closed Around The Stem)|
|Seasoned salt/Sea salt / salt-free seasoning||To Taste|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Use A Scant Tablespoon)|
GETTING READY 1) Cut the ends from the mushroom stems. 2) Slice them lengthwise into pieces of 1/8-1/4 inches. MAKING 3) In a large skillet, melt the butter. 4) Add to the skillet, mushroms and toss well. 5) Saute them until tender. FINALIZING 6) Sprinkle little lemon juice over the mushrooms along with the seasonings. SERVING 7) Serve the sauted mushrooms along with your main dishes.
