Perfect Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound (For Maximum Freshness, Select Only Those Whose Caps Are Tightly Closed Around The Stem)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt/Sea salt / salt-free seasoning To Taste
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Use A Scant Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Cut the ends from the mushroom stems. 2) Slice them lengthwise into pieces of 1/8-1/4 inches. MAKING 3) In a large skillet, melt the butter. 4) Add to the skillet, mushroms and toss well. 5) Saute them until tender. FINALIZING 6) Sprinkle little lemon juice over the mushrooms along with the seasonings. SERVING 7) Serve the sauted mushrooms along with your main dishes.
