Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  French bread 1 , sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash the mushrooms and dry with paper towel. Thinly slice the cleaned mushrooms.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, place the mushrooms and add lemon juice, salt, pepper, green onions and olive oil.
3) Toss well to blend everything.
4) Place the bowl inside the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

SERVING
5) Arrange the mushrooms on top of the thin slices of French bread and serve.
