|Wine vinegar/Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter, 1 1/4 Cups)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter, 2/3 Cup)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), peeled and crushed|
|Fresh dill sprigs/1/2 teaspoon dried dill||1|
Wash mushrooms gently.
Place in a large screw-topped jar, or in 2 jars.
Combine and simmer remaining ingredients in a saucepan for about 15 min.
Add this liquid to the jar, cover tightly, and leave for at least 1 day.
Serve on a platter, with toothpicks speared through the stems.
