Saucy Veal & Mushrooms

Ingredients
  White sauce mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Snipped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Veal round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/4 inch strips (About 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine sauce mix, parsley, salt and pepper.
Blend in milk.
Beat well with whisk.
Microwave at High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until mixture is very thick, stirring after every minute.
Gently stir in mushrooms.
Microwave at High for 2 minutes.
Stir.
Add veal strips.
Stir.
Cover.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until veal is no longer pink, stirring once or twice.
Stir in sour cream.
Let stand, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
