Sherried Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Patty shells 6 , thawed
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Parsley/Watercress 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Heat patty shells according to package directions.
Saute mushrooms briefly in butter.
Add sour cream, Parmesan, sherry and garlic powder and cook over low heat until warmed through.
