Creamed Ham Eggs and Mushrooms In A Chafing Dish
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||21 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooked cubed ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||6 , quartered|
|Toast cups||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
In the kitchen, heat butter and cook mushrooms in it for 3 minutes until golden brown.
In chafing dish, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Add ham and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and hard-cooked eggs.
Stir lightly, taking care not to break the eggs.
Serve in Toast Cups or over thin slices of toast, or in patty shells.
