Creamed Ham Eggs And Mushrooms In A Chafing Dish

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream of mushroom soup 21 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooked cubed ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 6 , quartered
  Toast cups 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

In the kitchen, heat butter and cook mushrooms in it for 3 minutes until golden brown.
In chafing dish, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Blend thoroughly.
Add ham and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and hard-cooked eggs.
Stir lightly, taking care not to break the eggs.
Serve in Toast Cups or over thin slices of toast, or in patty shells.
