Spinach And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Spinach/Other greens 2 Pound
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Butter/Margarine fat/ salad oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Prepare and cook spinach, as in Time Table.
Drain.
Meanwhile saute mushrooms in the butter until light brown.
Add to spinach and toss to blend.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
