Low Cal Stuffed Mushrooms
|Large mushrooms||8 Ounce|
|Green onions||3 Medium|
|Sour cream||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
Thinly slice green onions including tops.
Combine with mushroom stems.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on High.
Add sour cream and garlic salt to chopped stems and green onions.
Spoon filling into mushroom caps.
Place 10 to 12 filled caps on pie pan.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on '8'.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
