|Bacon rashers||2 , chopped|
|Eggs||4 , lightly beaten|
|Snipped fresh chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. To make filling, place bacon in a microwave-safe dish and cook on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute. Add eggs, butter, milk, chives, parsley and black pepper to taste and mix to combine. Cook on HIGH (100%) for 3-4 minutes, stirring with a fork every minute.
2. Place mushrooms gill side up in a microwave-safe dish; cover and cook on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes. Spoon filling into mushrooms and serve with toast.
