|Slivered almonds||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|White chocolate||5 Ounce (155 Gram)|
|Unsalted butter||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Fruit liqueur/Spirit||2 Tablespoon|
|Icing sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Finish)|
Chop the almonds roughly.
Put the chocolate into a small bowl and stand it in a pan of hot water until it melts.
Stir in the butter and nuts then pour in the liqueur or spirit and blend thoroughly.
Chill until firm, then form into small balls and roll in icing sugar.
Store in the refrigerator, covered.
