Braised Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, washed and patted dry
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt margarine in a large frying pan.
Stir in mushrooms and allow to simmer, covered, in their own juice until just tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
