Stuffed Mushroom Caps
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Tub margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Clean mushrooms, removing stems.
3. Chop stems finely and saute with garlic in margarine.
4. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and onion. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs.
5. Fill each mushroom cap with stuffing and place in a shallow baking dish.
6. Bake 10-15 minutes.
