Easy Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 12 (1 1/2 To 2 Inches In Diameter)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Frozen spinach souffle 12 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
Directions

Wash and carefully remove stems from mushrooms; reserve for other uses.
Dip caps in melted butter and place them slightly apart, hollow side up, in a 9-inch-square baking pan.
Stir bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of the cheese into souffle; blend well.
Fill mushroom hollows evenly with souffle mixture.
Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon of cheese evenly over mushrooms.
Bake, uncovered, in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
