Meat Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound (Approximately 3 Cups)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Dry whole grain bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Chicken Or Fish)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash mushrooms and carefully break off stems.
Dry caps with paper towel.
Chop stems very fine and combine with remaining ingredients.
Fill caps with mixture and place in shallow, buttered baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
