|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped fresh dill||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
1. Clean fresh mushrooms and slice. Then moisten them well with lemon juice; refrigerate.
2. At serving time, drain mushrooms well; then arrange them on bed of water cress. Sprinkle with dill, salt, and hot pepper; dribble on salad oil.
