|Fresh mushrooms||12 Ounce (350 Grams Or 3/4 Pound Large Ones)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), peeled, finely chopped|
|Shallots||3 , peeled, finely chopped|
|Fine dry white breadcrumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Remove stalks from mushrooms, and chop them coarsely.
Melt butter and oil in a frying pan, and saute mushroom caps until lightly browned.
Stir in chopped stalks, garlic, shallots, and breadcrumbs.
Toss well, and cook for about 3 min.
Add lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately, as an hors-d'oeuvre.
