Green Beans With Savory Mushroom Sauce
|Frozen french-style green beans||20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Dry white wine/Dry vermouth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned fried onion rings/Crushed prepared croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
COMBINE all ingredients except croutons in slow cooker.
Mix until well blended.
Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours or until beans are crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with croutons.
