Mushroom Relish

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Equal To 1 Teaspoon Sugar)
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In medium bowl combine oil, vinegar, mustard, parsley, garlic, sweetener, chives, salt, and pepper.
Mix well, add mushrooms, and let marinate overnight.
Divide evenly.
