Fresh Mushroom Saute
|All purpose flour||2 Teaspoon|
Wash mushrooms; cut off tips of stems.
For fluted effect, cut v-shaped pieces out of tops of mushrooms.
Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms.
Sprinkle with flour; toss to coat.
Cover; cook over low heat till tender, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper.
