Dill Marinated Mushrooms
|Small button mushrooms||1 Pound, stalks removed (500 Gram)|
|Black peppercorns||3 , coarsely crushed|
|Dill||2 Teaspoon, freshly chopped|
|Tarragon vinegar||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
Mix together the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.
Add the mushrooms and stir well.
Cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain the mushrooms, discarding the marinade, and pile in a serving dish.
Serve lightly chilled.
