Dill Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Small button mushrooms 1 Pound, stalks removed (500 Gram)
For marinade
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 3 , coarsely crushed
  Dill 2 Teaspoon, freshly chopped
  Tarragon vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.
Add the mushrooms and stir well.
Cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain the mushrooms, discarding the marinade, and pile in a serving dish.
Serve lightly chilled.
