Marinated Mushrooms

  Button mushrooms 1 Pound (6 Cups Or 500 Gram)
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Coriander seeds 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Parsley/Coriander 4
  Toast 2
  Salt To Taste

Put the mushrooms in a dish with the oil, lemon juice and coriander seeds. Let them marinate for an hour or two or in the fridge overnight.
Remove the mushrooms from the marinade with a slotted spoon and place in a shallow dish. Brush with the marinade and cook for 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
Season to taste, sprinkle with parsley or coriander (cilantro), and chives, if liked.
