|Olive oil||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Coriander seeds||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Put the mushrooms in a dish with the oil, lemon juice and coriander seeds. Let them marinate for an hour or two or in the fridge overnight.
Remove the mushrooms from the marinade with a slotted spoon and place in a shallow dish. Brush with the marinade and cook for 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
Season to taste, sprinkle with parsley or coriander (cilantro), and chives, if liked.
