|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1 1⁄4 Pound, trimmed and sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Marjoram leaves/1 teaspoon dried marjoram||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, lemon juice, and marjoram and saute gently 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper as desired.
