Marinated Mushrooms With Herbs

Ingredients
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Bay leaves 2
  Thyme sprig 1
  Rosemary sprig 1
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Dry white wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Peppercorns 6
  Coriander seeds 12
  Button mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and onion and cook for 10 minutes, without browning.
Stir in the herbs and wine, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the peppercorns, coriander seeds, mushrooms, and salt to taste.
Toss the mushrooms in the wine sauce until well coated.
Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle over the parsley.
Serve with French bread or granary rolls.
