Peas With Artichoke Hearts And Mushrooms's picture
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen artichoke hearts 9 Ounce, partially thawed (1 Package)
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Garlic salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Instant chicken broth 1 Teaspoon (1 Envelope)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon

1. Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet; saute mushrooms 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms from skillet; reserve.
2. Add onion and artichoke hearts to same skillet. Saute over high heat, stirring constantly. Add peas, garlic salt, pepper, instant chicken broth, parsley flakes and water; simmer 4 minutes.
3. Return mushrooms to the skillet with the peas and artichoke hearts and heat through.
