Mushroom Spinach Saute

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 2 Pound
  Mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Wash, drain, and chop spinach.
In saucepan cook mushrooms in butter till tender.
Stir spinach into mushrooms.
Cover and cook 5 minutes or till spinach is wilted.
Stir in cream, wine, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
Heat through; serve at once.
