Mushrooms With Dill

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water cress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Snipped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Slice mushrooms; then moisten them well with lemon juice; refrigerate.
2. At serving time, drain mushrooms well; then arrange them on bed of water cress. Sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper; dribble on salad oil.
