Zippy Mushroom Appetizers
|Tarragon vinegar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium, minced|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1 Dash|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced and separated in rings|
|Canned broiled mushroom crowns/2 pints fresh mushrooms, washed and trimmed||12 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 6 Ounce Each)|
Combine first 8 ingredients.
Add onions and mushrooms.
Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 8 hours, stirring several times.
Drain and serve as an appetizer.
